					<description><![CDATA[<h4>CANbus / LIA BMS PROTOCOL</h4>

 	<li><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">for use only with MPP Solar inverters with built-in BMS port (CANbus only).</span></strong></li>
 	<li>Note: older MPP Solar inverters (pre-Q4 2022) do not come with CANbus pins, so this information will not be applicable.</li>
 	<li>after implementation, user can then select "LIA" option from battery type setting for BMS communication via CANbus.</li>
 	<li>user still needs to prepare a BMS cable with correct pinouts on both ends - inverter &#38; battery. Default CANbus pins on MPP Solar inverter BMS port are 6 and 7. User needs to contact battery supplier for correct pinout on battery itself.</li>
