  • Ocean Freight Terms: Shipped via LCL (Less than Container Load) or FCL (Full Container Load) ocean freight. Base price covers product costs only; sea freight costs are calculated based on your destination port and invoiced separately or quoted post-checkout.

  • Incoterms Supported: FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) available upon request. Default pricing is calculated port-to-port.

  • Customs & Import Duties: Buyer/Importer of Record is responsible for import customs clearance, local tariffs, terminal handling charges (THC), and inland freight from the destination sea port to the final address.

  • Shipping Documentation Provided: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (CO), and ISF filing documentation (for US destinations).

  • Transit & Lead Times: Factory production takes 30–40 days. Transit time varies by destination port (typically 15–35 days via ocean freight).

Ordering & Fulfillment Process

  1. Submit PO / Request Quote: Place the order online or submit a formal Purchase Order (PO) with your preferred destination seaport.

  2. Freight Calculation & Proforma Invoice: Our logistics team calculates the real-time ocean freight rate and issues a Proforma Invoice (PI) including product and ocean freight costs based on your sea port.

  3. Payment & Production : Production begins upon receipt of T/T wire transfer payment in full.

  4. Dispatch & Document Release: Goods are loaded and dispatched. Shipping documents (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List) are released via telex release or express courier upon vessel departure.
