  1. Default currency in this store is US dollar.  
  2. All orders placed on this website is subject to a 3% Paypal fee upon checkout.
  3. Maximum Solar Online (hereafter as “Seller”) offers a 30-day return / exchange policy for unused products only.  Email correspondence is required before making any returns and Seller reserves discretion and right to refuse a return if request is deemed unreasonable.
  4. All items must be returned in original packaging with packaging materials, including all accessories, in unused conditions, to the original shipping location.  Reasonable deduction may be applied at the sole discretion of the Seller if conditions of the item returned do not meet requirement.   Full refund will be processed generally within 24 – 48 business hours, minus original postage and minus 3% Paypal (if applicable), once the return completes inspection.  Refund will be sent directly to your original payment method (credit card or others).  Payment refund process times are different between companies and may take a minimum of 3 to 7 days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
  5. If Buyer wishes to exchange to another item sold on website, difference in total will be collected (or refunded).
  6. Return shipping costs will be covered by Buyer in both refund and exchange.  Before return, purchase verification is required on all orders and we will need to collect order number / name / address / email / tel, etc.
  7. Order cancellation prior to shipping will also be subject to 3% deduction due to Paypal cancellation policy.
  8. Any import duty / tax is always BUYER’s own legal responsibility as a law-abiding citizen in one’s country.  Maximum Solar and MPP Solar are taxable entities only in Taiwan.  Upon order, buyer explicitly agrees to be fully responsible for any import duty / tax collected by local government to ensure successful delivery.  This clause is NOT applicable to orders where the item is located in the same taxable region / country as the buyer.

warranty

All products sold on this website (https://maximumsolar.online) are authentic MPP Solar products and standard international warranty is 1 year from the time of delivery and 2 years on the “WP (IP65)” models.

  1. General terms of warranty and technical support procedure will be consistent with manufacturer (MPP Solar) warranty policies as follows:  Seller reserves the right to provide either free repair or replacement for products covered by warranty, depending on product type.  In most cases, when customer is able to provide sufficient and clear data, upon successful review and confirmation of warranty coverage, free replacement boards or parts will be supplied to customer without requiring any return.  In exchange, customer agrees to cover postage of the replacement board or parts.
  2. Seller accepts no responsibility or liability and reserves the right to refuse service on any returns without prior consent or contact
  3. Original product warranty requires product must include a legible data label showing the serial number. The warranty belongs to the unique serial number of the product. Seller reserves the right to refuse warranty service if Buyer is unable to produce the correct serial label.
  4. Product failure / damage due to following causes are excluded from warranty:
    *Improper transportation and delivery
    *Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or removal to product component or serial label, including any form of self-repair attempts on PCB level and fans, but not limited to these components
    *Improper installation, usage or operation (all products are indoor rating, unless otherwise stated), including damages arising from use in environment with excessive moisture corrosion or dust build-up
    *Non-compliance with relevant safety standards or regulations
    *Application beyond the scope of product design/ratings or safety standards
    *Acts of uncontrollable natural forces such as lighting, flood, fire, storm etc
    *Insufficient ventilation of the device
