This item is standard accessory for communication between PC and all MPP Solar inverters (except 1012LV-MS, MPI 5K, MPI 5.5K, MPI 10K).
It can also be used for FW update, but there is no RS232 serial port on your laptop — you can source an RS232-USB adaptor to convert the signal.
Before purchasing the cable, please provide us with the rating label on the side of the inverter.
